"Referrer" is a person who refers a friend or family member to iTalk Global Communications, Inc. or its Canada affiliate, iTalkBB Canada, Inc. (iTalk Global Communications, Inc. and iTalkBB Canada, Inc. are referred to collectively as “iTalkBB”).

"Referee" is a person who is referred to iTalkBB by a Referrer.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

• To earn referral points, Referrer must refer a friend or family member to iTalkBB. The Referee must activate a qualifying iTalkBB service (“Service”), and maintain an active status after the Trial Period. Referral points will be issued to the Referrer 32 days after the Activation Date of the Referee's account.

• Referral points will be deposited into the Referee's iTalkBB Prime App, Home Phone, Home Security and Chinese TV accounts separately according to the referred Service. Referral points can only be converted into credit to offset the bills of the respective Service referred.

• The referral points earned in each product account cannot exceed 9,000 points in total per calendar year (equivalent to a $90 credit). Referral points earned beyond this limit will not be credited.

• All referral points that have not been converted into credit to offset the bills of Service will expire after two years. Expired referral points cannot be redeemed or credited.

iTalkBB reserves the right to withhold or deduct referral points or referral credit obtained through the Referral Program in the event that iTalkBB determines or believes that the receipt of the referral points or referral credit was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable agreement between you and iTalkBB. iTalkBB reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.
