• Q.Do I need to complete any additional steps after returning to Mainland China?

  

  A.If you complete real-name registration with a Chinese ID, all steps can be completed in Canada, and you can use the SIM card directly upon arrival in Mainland China.If you registered with a U.S. or Canadian passport, you must first upload your registration documents in Canada. Then, upon your first visit to Mainland China, you’ll need to complete the additional verification steps (please refer to the real-name registration email for detailed requirements). After completing this process, you’ll be able to use the SIM card for mobile data and other services. Future trips to China will not require repeated verification.

• Q.Can I purchase a physical SIM card separately?

  

  A.To ensure the best user experience, the physical SIM card must be purchased and used together with the iTalkBB Prime App.Use the iTalkBB Prime App while in Canada, and the physical SIM card while in China.

• Q.What happens when my data package runs out?

  

  A.We will send you a SMS before you reach the data limit. Once the package is finished, the system will automatically top up your data.

• Q.How do I use the China SIM card after returning to Canada?

  

  A.After returning to Canada, all messages and calls to your Chinese number will be received via the iTalkBB Prime App.Please keep your physical SIM card in a safe place—it can be reused on your next trip to China.

• Q.Where can I use the Chinese SIM card?

  

  A.iTalkBB China SIM and iTalkBB Prime APP work together to keep you connected wherever you are.In Mainland China, insert and use the physical SIM card. Outside China, use the iTalkBB Prime APP to access your service without any geographic limitations.

• Q.When does the data package become active?

  

  A.The travel data package is activated when used in Mainland China. After purchasing your SIM card and completing real-name verification, the package will automatically activate and begin usage when you insert the SIM card upon arrival in China.

• Q.What if I don’t want to use a data package?

  

  A. Simply remove the SIM card from your phone and switch to using the iTalkBB Prime App for calls and text messaging.
