A. The camera’s installation address is bound to 911. In the event of an emergency, you can press the button on the app to directly connect to 911. 911 can locate the incident address, saving time in reporting the emergency. *Only users of iTalkBB home phone service can enjoy the E911 one-touch emergency call feature.
Q. Why does the Wi-Fi always fail to connect during new device setup?
A. Step 1, make sure to connect to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Avoid connecting to a 5G network. Step 2, check if the Wi-Fi name and password are entered correctly. If the Wi-Fi password contains “%”, it may cause setup failure.

A. Aljia cameras must be installed on solid surfaces such as walls, cement, bricks, or concrete.
