iTalkBB Canada, Inc. Customer Survey and Rewards Terms and Conditions

This Customer Survey and Rewards (the “Survey”) is being conducted by iTalkBB Canada, Inc. (the “Survey Sponsor”). The Survey begins at 12:00 am on March 7, 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm on April 10, 2023. All times are Eastern Standard Time. The Survey Sponsor will publish the Survey on social media platforms, send the Survey to its customers and the customers of its affiliate companies, iTalk Global Communications, Inc. (“iTalk Global”) and iTalkTV Hong Kong Limited (“iTalkTV HK”) (The Survey Sponsor, iTalk Global and iTalkTV HK maybe refer to collectively as the “Affiliated Companies”).

The Survey can only be taken once per participant (“Participant”). The purpose of this Survey is to improve the services of the Survey Sponsor by collecting customer feedback, opinions and suggestions regarding residential home security. All information collected will be used solely for market research and product and service improvement and will be held strictly confidential.

To thank Participants for completing the Survey, the Survey Sponsor will select, by random computer selection, 1 Participant who complete the Survey to receive a 10.2-inch Apple iPad (9th generation, 64G, Wi-Fi Only) (“Grand Prize”) and 25 Participants who complete the Survey to receive a $10 Amazon.ca gift card (“Winner”). The random computer selection will occur on or before April 14, 2023. Winners will be notified via email or Phone call after selection is completed. The Amazon gift cards will be forwarded via email and the Grand Prize must be collected at the iTalkBB VIP Centers in Toronto or Vancouver.

Participants must be an individual legal resident of Canada who is at the age of majority in their province of residence (confirmed by a valid government issued photo ID before collect the prizes). No employees or family members of employees of the Affiliated Companies are eligible to participate.

Before being declared a Winner, the selected Participant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered in person (including virtually via online video conference), by telephone, e-mail or mail at Survey Sponsor’s discretion, within three (3) business days after the Survey Sponsor’s request.

Photos or videos of the Grand Prize Winner will be taken by the Survey Sponsor at its Toronto or Vancouver VIP Centers. The iPad Winner must agree to sign a form which grants to the Survey Sponsor the right to publicize the Winner’s name, image, voice statement without further compensation to the Grand Prize Winner. This Survey is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations.

In the event that the Winner is not eligible, cannot be contacted by the Survey Sponsor within seven (7) business days of the Winner’s selection were selected or does not return the required documents by the date specified by the Survey Sponsor, the Survey Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify that Winner and to draw a new Participate.
