The Asia-Pacific 19 Regions Data SIM, 33 European Countries Data SIM, U.S & Canda Data SIM, China-Hong Kong-Macau Data SIM, China Data SIM and China-Hong Kong eSIM (collectively referred to as "Data Card") are distributed by iTalk Global Communication, Inc. (“iTalkBB”).
The US & Canada Data SIM is not available to U.S. residents.
The Data Card is a pre-paid service plan. No refunds will be provided for any amounts paid to iTalkBB in connection with this service plan.
The Data Card is a "data-only" service that can be used in various combinations of countries and territories ("Service Territory"). Please refer to the specific Service Territory in the order confirmation email you received for your order.
Please note that the Data Card is for one-time use only and does not include recharge services. Once activated, the SIM card cannot be recharged or reused.
For physical Data Cards, customers must activate the service before the “Expiration Date” provided in the order confirmation; for eSIM Data Cards, customers must activate within 60 days of purchase.
For physical Data Cards, the service is considered activated when the SIM card is inserted into a phone, regardless of whether the phone is within the Service Territory; for eSIM Data Cards, customers must follow the activation instructions sent via email after purchase. The Service will be valid during the “Validity Period” starting from activation, which cannot be extended or paused. Please refer to the specific Validity Period in your order confirmation email.
Please be aware that there are no data usage alerts or inquiry services available for the Data Card, and it is your responsibility to monitor your data usage.
Upon reaching the data limit you purchased, the mobile data speed for the Data Card will be reduced to a maximum of 128Kbps and you will still be able to use the data within the Validity Period. However, for the China-Hong Kong eSIM, no additional data will be provided once the limit is reached.
Please note that the actual data transmission speed will vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to network usage, phone model, settings (including phone hardware and software, etc.), upload/download content, and other external factors.
If you receive the free Data Card as part of the selected promotion bundled with Home Phone or Prime App service and decide to cancel your Home Phone or Prime App service during the Trial Period, you will be required to either return the unused Data Card or be charged the full retail price for it.
