Whether you are an iTalkBB customer or not, you can purchase the "Data SIM Card". However, iTalkBB Home Phone or iTalkBB Prime APP users can enjoy a waiver of the $19.99 connection fee.
Q. Can the " Data SIM Card" be used with any type of phone?
As long as your device supports a Nano SIM, you can use the "Data SIM Card".
Q. 3.Does the " Data SIM Card " provide voice and text messaging services?
No, the " Data SIM Card " only provides data roaming services. If you need to use voice and text messaging services, you can use them in conjunction with the iTalkBB Prime APP.
Q. Do I need to activate the " Data SIM Card " before use?
Simply insert the card into any compatible device, and you can connect to the local network. If you cannot connect to the network, please try the following settings.
Q. How much data is included in the " Asia Data SIM Card "?
The " Asia Data SIM Card " provides unlimited data, but when the accumulated roaming data usage reaches the fair usage data usage limit of 10GB applicable to the user, the internet speed will be reduced to a maximum of 128kbps. However, you can still continue to use data services.
Q. If the 10GB high-speed data of the " Asia Data SIM Card " is used up, can I purchase additional data?
The " Asia Data SIM Card " does not currently provide recharge services.

Q.How do I use the " Data SIM Card " with the iTalkBB Prime App?
After applying for the service, search for "iTalkBB Prime" in the App Store/Google Play and download the iTalkBB Prime APP. After successfully logging in, as long as you are connected to the network, you can make and receive calls to Canadian phones globally (with an additional 300 minutes of international calls to 29 countries/regions, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan). Additionally, you can use the call forwarding function to forward your Canadian phone number to the iTalkBB Prime APP phone number, so you can avoid high roaming fees and will not miss any important calls.
Q: Does my phone support eSIM?
i. For iPhone users: Open the "Settings" app and go to "Cellular" or "Mobile Data." If you see an option for "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan," your device supports eSIM.
ii. For Android users: Open the "Settings" app and go to "Connections" or "Network & Internet." Look for "SIM Card Manager" or "Mobile Network." If you see an option to "Add eSIM" or "Add Mobile Plan," your device supports eSIM.
Q: How do I install and activate an eSIM?
After purchasing an eSIM plan, you will receive an email with a QR code. While your phone is connected to the internet, follow the instructions in the email. Open the device settings, select "Add eSIM," and scan the QR code to complete the activation.
Q. How much data is included in the " China-Hong Kong-Macau Data SIM Card "?
The " China-Hong Kong-Macau Data SIM Card " offers two data plans: a 15-day plan with 5GB of data and a 30-day plan with 10GB of data. Once the data usage limit is reached, the service will be discontinued, and recharge services are currently not available.

The Asia Data SIM Card and China-Hong Kong-Macau Data SIM Card (collectively referred to as "Data Card") are distributed by iTalk Global Communication, Inc. (“iTalkBB”).

The Data Card is a pre-paid service plan. No refunds will be provided for any amounts paid to iTalkBB in connection with this service plan.

The Data Card is a "data-only" service that can be used in various combinations of countries and territories ("Service Territory"). Please refer to the specific Service Territory in the order confirmation email you received for your order.

Please note that the Data Card is for one-time use only and does not include recharge services. Once activated, the SIM card cannot be recharged or reused.

The Data Card will have an expiration date, which will be communicated to customers through a order confirmation email. Customers must activate the service before the expiration date.

Once the SIM card is inserted into a phone, the Data Card service is activated, regardless of whether or not the phone is within the Service Territory, and it will be valid for a “Validity Period” from the time of activation. The Validity Period cannot be extended or paused. Please refer to the specific Validity Period in the order confirmation email you received for your order.

Please be aware that there are no data usage alerts or inquiry services available for the Data Card, and it is your responsibility to monitor your data usage.

Upon reaching the data limit you purchased, the mobile data speed for the Asia Data SIM Card will be reduced to a maximum of 128Kbps and you will still be able to use the data within the Validity Period. However, for the China-Hong Kong-Macau Data SIM Card, no additional data will be provided once the limit is reached.

Please note that the actual data transmission speed will vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to network usage, phone model, settings (including phone hardware and software, etc.), upload/download content, and other external factors.

If you receive the free Data Card as part of the selected promotion bundled with Home Phone or Prime App service and decide to cancel your Home Phone or Prime App service during the Trial Period, you will be required to either return the unused Data Card or be charged the full retail price for it.
