How to use Physical SIM
3 in 1 SIM (Standard, Micro and Nano)
Insert the SIM card into your phone using the size that fits your SIM card tray. The card is compatible with any SIM-enabled device.
Safely set aside your original SIM card. If you are using a dual-SIM phone, make sure you're selecting the correct SIM card to avoid accidentally using your original card and incurring expensive data roaming charges.
This SIM card is typically ready to use upon insertion. If you are unable to connect to the internet, try the following steps:
> Restart your phone.
> Check if Airplane Mode is enabled — if so, turn it off.
> Enable Data Roaming. This SIM card includes unlimited data for 30 days, so you won't be charged extra. However, double-check that you're using the correct SIM to avoid unexpected charges on your original card.
In most cases, once data roaming is enabled, you will see "4G" or "5G" at the top of your screen — this means you are connected and ready to go online.

How to Activate eSIM?
Please ensure your device supports eSIM before purchasing. If your phone does not support eSIM, please do not proceed.
After purchasing an eSIM plan, you will receive an email with a QR code. While connected to the internet, follow the instructions in the email. Open the device settings, select "Add eSIM," and scan the QR code to complete the activation.
You may activate the eSIM before departure. The 30-day usage period will begin only after the eSIM connects to a network at your destination.

A: The 'Travel Data SIM' is available to everyone, whether or not you are an iTalkBB customer. However, iTalkBB Prime app, home phone, Chinese TV, and smart security customers can enjoy a waiver of the $19.99 connection fee.


A: As long as your device supports a Nano SIM, you can use the 'Data SIM Card'.


A. No, the 'Data SIM Card' only provides data roaming services. If you need to use voice and text messaging services, you can use them in conjunction with the iTalkBB Prime APP.


A. Simply insert the card into any compatible device, and you can connect to the local network. If you cannot connect to the network, please try the following settings.

Other than 'Data SIM Card', all Data SIM provides unlimited data, but when the accumulated roaming data usage reaches the fair usage data usage limit of 5/10GB applicable to the user, the internet speed will be reduced to a maximum of 128kbps. However, you can still continue to use data services.


A: The 'Data SIM Card' does not currently provide recharge services.

After successfully logging in, as long as you are connected to the network, you can make and receive calls to Canadian phones globally (with an additional 300 minutes of international calls to 29 countries/regions, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan). Additionally, you can use the call forwarding function to forward your Canadian phone number to the iTalkBB Prime APP phone number, so you can avoid high roaming fees and will not miss any important calls.


A:For iPhone users: Open the 'Settings' app and go to 'Cellular' or 'Mobile Data.' If you see an option for 'Add eSIM' or 'Add Cellular Plan,' your device supports eSIM.ii.
