iTalkBB Canada, Inc. Lucky Draw Contest Official Terms and Conditions

This contest is being conducted by iTalkBB Canada, Inc. (The Contest Sponsor). Contest begins at 12:01 am on October 27, 2021 and ends at 5:00 pm on December 31, 2021, the contest closing date. All times are Eastern Standard Time.
To be eligible, you must complete the steps of entering Lucky Draw Contest via Facebook or WeChat. Each comment posted on Facebook will count as one entry. Each shared post on WeChat will count as one entry. You may enter as many times as you like. All entries must be made prior to 5 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2021.
No purchase is required. Entrants must be individual legal resident of Canada, reside in either British Columbia or Ontario and who is at the age of majority in their province of residence (confirmed by a valid government issued photo ID). No employees or family members of employees of the Contest Sponsor are eligible to participate. If the selected winner is unwilling or unable to comply with Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions, that person will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected.
Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize of one (1) Apple iPad 64GB (9th Generation, Wi-Fi Only). The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to cash. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal value in the event that any prize is not available due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected at a random draw made by a representative of the Contest Sponsor at its office in Toronto, Ontario on January 14, 2021, from among all eligible entries received by the contest closing date. The odds of being selected depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The Winner must present his/her Facebook or WeChat account to prove that he/she is the Winner. The Winner will be announced on January 14, 2021 on the Contest Sponsor’s Facebook page and WeChat account. Due to limitation from WeChat, the Contest Sponsor will not be able to initiate any conversation with the entrants. It is important for WeChat entrant to check on the announcement post on WeChat and reach out to the Contest Sponsor to claim the prize.
Photos or Videos of the Winner will be taken by the Contest Sponsor at its Toronto or Richmond location. The Winner must agree to sign a form which grants to the Contest Sponsor the right to publicize the Winner’s name, image, voice statement without further compensation to the Winner. The Winner shall be responsible for all cost of verification and redemption of the Grand Prize, including, without limitation, travel or other transportation costs. Before receiving the Grant Prize, the Winner must sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing the Contest Sponsor and its respective affiliated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and successors and assigns, from any and all loss, liability, damage and expense of any kind arising from or relating to the Lucky Draw Contest or the Grant Prize. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations.
In the event that the Winner is not eligible, cannot be contacted by the Contest Sponsor within Ten (10) business days following the Lucky Draw or does not sign and return the required Release Forms by January 28, 2021, the Contest Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify that Winner and to draw a new entrant.

All entries that are incomplete, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified. No responsibility will be taken for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries. By entering the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these contest rules and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor which are final and binding. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend this Lucky Draw Contest at any time without notice, including by reason of printing errors, unauthorized intervention or other circumstances beyond its control affecting the administration or proper conduct of the contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and none will be returned. No communication will be entered into except with the selected Winner.
